Thanks. Binzes have a weird seat similar to a middle seat in a Bus. That's 1 of the things that make them cool.

Is there a raised area on those hub caps, or is that paint? That's a combo of a long bit of sun exposure in the sun and water. I was pretty happy to keep the stock wheels on it for now just so I could run those caps. I couldn't tell you how many people said they wanted to buy them, "When you dump it" I'll take some better shots of them tomorrow. It's pretty unbelievable how they look. Nice and OG on the back sides though

Thanks... Got the SA's done. Waiting on some free time to do the beam swap and then I'll start running them. With the clearing out of some other cars I have a couple engine choices to go with now so I'll do that swap at the same time as the beam.

Thanks. I waited long enough to find one that I wanted to drive / enjoy it before tearing it down for a resto and then being afraid to use it. Now I'm not sure I'll ever get to the tearing it down part.

NO WAY. you cant duplicate that kind of beauty or character. believe me ,ive tried. its just something that takes time and to erase it would be a shame. roll the wheels off it and dont look back

When I first got the Binz I was on teh hunt for oG paint fromt doors. After a few months and no luck I gave up.... Well Monday out of nowhere a drivers door literally showed up a my shop. I got it and the original front door panels (driver and passenger). I put the door on yesterday and am pretty happy with how it looks "out of the box" Only problem is now I need to find the passenger side and get to wet sanding the rest of the Binz back to OG paint.

get some easy off and have at it, or try goof off graffiti remover first, i used both but graffiti remover seemed to be alittle easier with just one or two small layers over the OG paint, easy off will take it off way quick as long as its in the sun but i wouldn't let it sit on the paint for too long, i never really did, didn't really seem to hurt the OG paint though

While cleaning my shop over the last week, I put together enough parts to build a "budget" 1915cc to use until I can get the 2110 out of the smoker and go through it.
I seem to be a packrat which works out I guess becasue over the years of "I might need that someday" I collected the following
Case opened up for 94's but it has a broken stud in it cut off flush - I *think* this was from a wasted 2232 I bought for the carbs. Decent used counter weighted crank with the rods and flywheels attached - From a 1776 that lost a head at some point. Set of used big valve ported heads needing at least one new valve guide - Got these from a friend cleaning out his place a year ago.
I dropped the case and heads off to get repaired today, the crank / rods / flywheel I will use as is excpet I will check / change the rod bearings.
I scraped together enough engine tin to do a doghouse setup and I have a set of Weber 44's I was saving for a T3 project that's never going to materialize, and I have a couple decent degreed pulleys here too.
Hopefully by the weekend I'll have all the parts back at the shop so I can assembled them and bump up the power in the Binz now that I am using it as a driver more often.
