What we can sell is the sweet OG tools and the knowledge, but here's a quick break down of a stock spindle being re-assembled.

Start with a good cleaning and coat of paint



I recently scored this drift / reamer tool. For re-assembly, it's AWESOME!

Press in your bushings X4

Then ream X4

First one side





Then the other



Use a file to put the groove into the 2 upper bushings

Replace the thrust washer, fiber washer, and cap and slide the spindle on to the carrier (two hand job no pics)

Press in your king pins - always use plenty of grease.

I use an old king pin to drive the new one down into the bushing through the carrier.

Not all tools are fancy.
For this I use a 1" deep socket to hold the spindle / carrier off the press and a mag wheel lug nut with washer to press in the bushing.

The socket also works as a stop once the bushing is in.

Add link pins and shims.

Done!

Box them up and ship them out, or install on a customers beam / car.

I use the Type 1 version of this, but a straight edge an ruler or calipers will work.
