Your center cap on the rear left wheel needs to be rotated a few degrees clockwise.

Already took care of that (seriously) that cap was loose and spinning. It's been replaced. Notice the caps, stems, adjusting hole, letters on the tires ALL line up. I've seen WAY better cars miss those tiny details and it drives me nuts.

So now the question is, do I polished them or leave them raw?

Yeah, PreA drums (aluminum)
As for the intakes...
Raw aluminum case, Raw P-11's Polished Velocity stacks Black tin
Black intakes may get lost, polished may be too much....
Waiting to see them on the engine before I make a decision.

Progress made over the weekend. This is just a mock up to check linkage angles, etc. the 356 linkage will come off this shroud and go onto the OG 25hp seamed shroud for the final product. I searched a long time for these stacks.... I'll run them on occasion, but more likely will be running the stock P-11 air cleaners for daily use. 6v gen is being rebuilt / restored along with a 6v D reg. Dare I say aside from some powder coating and some paint I have everything I needed.

I really like this shot too. Who's going to Photoshop it so they're ALL lay'd out with a big "Vintage Warehouse strikes again" across the bottom instead of Strictly Air VW's?

One more piece to the puzzle... Been wanting one for years and I figure since I'm doing a radio this car could actually USE one, so I treated myself to this yesterday. It's not perfect, but it'll be perfect for this car. It's a rear view mirror clock....this guy has too many in his car, but you get the idea.

Clock showed up today. It showed up clocked (no pun) 90° off (mounted with a horizontal bar instead of a vertical). I had to disassemble and rotate it (no pics of course) Once I got it back together and installed I saw the inner ring was cockeyed, so back apart again. All good now. I may polish it up a bit, but for now it's fine. With no car of my own here I had to "borrow" Jeff's for the display purposes. Before the fix After Backside (front side?) Amy hates it. She says, "It sounds like a time bomb, I don't like it!!"

If Amy hates, just leave it in the hardtop. What do you think is going to keep her out of my 11G? In fact I may just "name it ""Time Bomb" Time Bomb Smoker Curb Appeal Vendo
