as some of you may know.. i have a 68 bay... i have always wanted to run 14" supremes on it.. been talking about that with a few folks and it looks like the ass of my fat bitch will be to wide for plates and the offset of those wheels... i really want to 14's on this ride with very little mods and be practical with it... what other types of wheels would look good?? can i get the offset changed on supremes??? can i just drill other drums to fit certain bolt patterns???

any suggestions??? pics of wheels would be rad...

Thanks,
   Mike

I dont know the first thing about a bay, but isnt a 68 still wide 5?
I'd put a set of BRM's on that Fatty & dump it on its dick... IMO.

"Skinny" Supremes are out there.

Narrowing a set to dit your needs is always possible as well.

What do you mean by too wide ofr plates and wheels?

Do you mena adapters? If so I'm pretty sure you could drill the stock drums with a Chevy pattern and not use adapters

Totally off subject, but are you the paper boy from the 30's from the Karls show?

"Yeah seeeeeeeee, I just wanted to talk to Sean and he made fun of my hat seeeeeeeeeeeee"

Does that ring a bell?

yeah Greg.. thats me...

i was going to ask you about that... do you have capability to change offsets and drill drums and shite???

my other option was to narrow the torsion housing and go awing axle/short axle... i need to buy 8 rims for what i'm doing (building a trailer and i want a spare for each the bus and trailer)... so i wonder how much it would cost to do what i need to do.

my plans are to have a 4.5in narrowed front and i want a good low stance on the bus and match the stance on the trailer (the trailer is a 75 bus getting hacked in half)

p.s. i wrote you an e-mail about a beam i want to get from ya
