decided to stop lurking and post an intro

its kinda crazy i decide to do this today as i sold my 66 doublecab this morning and all i have left is my 53 oval and 54 oval ragtop. well anyway i am 37, married 10yrs and have two kids 15 yr old son and 7 yr old daughter. i have been in to VWs since before i could drive (wanted a baja or rail then to play in the mud with) but got a bug when i turned 16 and have had at least one ever since. i found the site by luking over on lowlife and thought i would check it out. i have to finish one of the other cars and the boss said i could get another project, another doublecab or a nice notchback!!! anyway thats a little about me and so far this is a cool site. oh and by the way my name is matthew tolbert

thanks for the welcome. im not sure on that Mr W i live in Georgia and dont post a lot on the forums, only if i have a question usually or i know the answer to someones question. my user name on the samba is my name so maybe you saw it there. and jim yeah i keep telling myself i sold it to try and focus more on finishing one of the other two projects and i will get another one later or a notchback if i come across one. i hated to see it go but hopefully they will take care of it.
