no worries bro, you know I got this.. a big reason to bring it to the shop was to do the bolt weld trick to the hinge bolts... thanx for the heads up tho.. I just took a look yesterday at a good amount of removables that will be goin as one load with two other project worths at one time!

ok so the cargo doors are not playn' nice.. went to do the weld on the bolt trick today while one of the local kids was at the shop he said he can bring a screw knocker over tomorrow after work, i have been wanting to try one so i stopd' at that point and will give this thing a chance! i will let you know how it goes

thats just rite cage... and even after spray.. soak .. traditional hand held knocker... they wudnt budge,,, the thingy just took them out almost instantly... truely blew my mind.. its like magic!  hahaha

so I did a complete list for green metal on the SO 1 today, it wasnt to bad! lots of needed metal but well worth it all in the end! at this point we already have the inner and outter valance, both dog legs, cargo floors and driver side wheel well. this bus is guna be sick!

we will be bugn' the blaster all week, I really wana get this all cleaned up! I wana shoot the primer real bad just to be the one that gets to see the transformation. but our prep before primer is kinda outta control but gives very good results. we will see how it plays out!

Jason @ TRP couldn't handle the job and is in over his head. Long story short, the money I gave him as a deposit, he spent on ?? and now has no money to move forward with the work promised and paid for. We have partially settled up with him giving me the sunroof Notch here - http://lowbus.com/BB/index.php?topic=1065.0 and promises of blasting and sealer on this bus, but he could never come through with that either, so I am now waiting / hoping he come through with cash at some point. In the meantime, I am taking it to a more "professional" shop. On to the next phase......

The SO-1 has moved to a new "undisclosed" location and they are wasting no time... Inner valance out  Outriggers, jack points and top hats, center belly pans out and, and some bracing added to keep things square  Window openings being removed for a proper "panel" job as it was from the factory
