what goes between the upper bag plate and the beam lever (where the two are bolted together) is there a bushing in there?

yes, theres a brass bushing that runs full length between the bolt and the steel.

Do they know its pink?
Sam made that T3 beam for Brad a while back and it was a huge surprise to Brad when he opened the package and saw a metal flake pink beam.
