Here we go... First of all, my shop is TERRIBLE for taking pictures. It's a shop, not a photo studio.
New lowered ball joints, steering dampener, narrowed tie rods, dropped spindles, steering coupler, brake hoses, and don't half step, ream the tie rod hole so the end can be flipped for more clearance.

Added the backing plates, and calipers to get an idea of what I was working with (yes I knew I would have to remove the caliper to install the rotor)

New races, bearing,s and seals into the Porsche pattern rotors, Followed by new thrust washers, and pinch nuts.

Added the new lowered BJ shocks, and the front is on the ground.
No good shots of this, but if the rain lets up for a bit I'll get some outside tomorrow.

I also install Alex's military bumper (is that right Alex?)
Pretty straightforward as the holes were in the bumper ends already.

When I looked inside to make sure I wasn't going to drill into anything, I find captive nuts and a brace there as well.

Drilled a pilot hole through the center of each nut then a bigger one from the outside once I knew where I was at. From there it was a simple "bolt-on" situation. I'll get new hardware for it later.

The rear has shown me some problems.
First was the spacing on the wheels along with the snout on the drums.
Re-drilled late stuff looks nice, but the wheel is too "tucked" in the rear, and the axle nut sticks out too far.

So I opted for 4 lug stuff with a 4 to Porsche adapter. This is cheaper than buying a $200 set of 1" Porsche to Porsche spacers, and if you have the right brake set up it does the same job.
<no picture of that apparently>
But it did push the wheel out, and fix the axle nut issue

Here's a tip. IRS stuff is like a long splined swing axle. when using short snout drums, you need to run a spacer, or you run out of threads before the drum is tight. Have a closer look and you'll see that you also bury the axle nut down past the cotter pin hole as well.

With the correct spacer your drum get tightened, AND you can utilize the cotter pin hole.

While I was inside I noticed the need for new shoes, and new axle seals won't hurt either.

The next issue is the spring plates. I wanted to go with adjustable plates, but apparently no one makes a "Thing" adjustable plate, so I'll have to modify these tomorrow when I notch them.
Notice the 3 hole locations are different n the stock and new ones. not a big deal, just another hurdle and lessone learned.
